In order to ensure that the items you wish to purchase are presented in an ideal manner, we follow the following standardized process:
1. Provide images for communication: Share character illustrations, three-view sketches, or reference images, and we will provide you with a quote.
 2. Confirmation of Design: Once the plan has been finalized, please take a photo of the total payment amount (to secure the order and material costs).           Payments made after commencement of work will not be refundable, as labor and materials have already been utilized.
3 .Production Planning: Upon receipt of payment, we will immediately initiate production planning.
4.Product inspection: Once the product has been manufactured, we will provide high-quality images/videos for you to verify.
5. The shipping fee is borne by the buyer. The cost of shipping will depend on the weight of the item.
